Drummond rugby wins pair

Simms - The Drummond Trojans U-19 rugby club won two matches Saturday at the Simms High School Rugby Fest.
The round-robin event also included the Missoula Valley Mud Dogs U-19 team and Simms.
Drummond back Tel Reynolds scored a first half try as the Trojans beat Missoula 5-0 in the day's first match. The second match saw Simms rally to beat Missoula 22-17.
The Mud Dogs took an early lead with a pair of trys from Len Maricelli and Travis Johnston. Cody Way made both conversion kicks for Missoula and converted a penalty kick.
In the final match, Drummond beat Simms 22-0. Reynolds had two trys and Levi Parker had one. Casey Clark made one conversion.
Drummond improved to 4-0 against Montana teams and 4-1 overall. Drummond, Simms (2-2) and Missoula (0-4) are all back in action Saturday for Maggotfest.
